Delegate: 200.00 €
Students: 100.00 €
Accompanying person: 80.00 €
(or its equivalent in Cuban convertible pesos (CUC)). About Monetary Policy

Students must be certified by official letter from your school curriculum, which will give them the right to preferential registration fee for that category. If you need some financial help contact to tecnolaser@ceaden.edu.cu.

The registration fee for delegates and students includes: accreditation module (credential, portfolio, electronic memory (CD), notepad, pen, scientific program, abstracts of papers and information about the Event), participation in scientific activities (sessions work, opening and closing activities, lectures, social activities of the official program), specialist visits and certificate of attendance and the author if this work.

Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC) is the official currency in the country. This exchange can take euros, pounds sterling, Swiss francs, Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars and are governed by the rates and fees then in effect. It can be done on arrival in Cuba in airports, hotels, convention centers, banks and exchange houses. Payment can also be done through credit cards VISA, MASTER CARD, CABAL and VISA ELECTRON, if the parent is not an American bank.
